Her Ministry
Filoiann is one of the founders of "Samoan Youth for Christ" in San Diego, Ca and served as President the first three years of its origination. Nine of the twenty years, she served as a counselor, including youth crisis counseling (1800HITHOME), ministry and outreach counseling and the last six years as a pastoral care woman's biblical counselor at Horizon Park Chapel where she also served as the Woman's Ministry Overseer and Bible Teacher.
The last two and a half years she and her husband along with Pastor Richard Ferguson (Fergy) and his wife Gladys stepped out to start a church plant in an urban area of San Diego called City Heights and there Mid-City Christian Fellowship was born. The church is growing and they are being blessed.
